Can you describe a “Day in the Life of a Campus Manager/Head of Unit” to us?
OPU manager’s day is more like a 25-hour day wherein one has to plan for the presentations to either senior management or stakeholders, compile reports, apply for funding, respond to queries, reconcile budgets, attend meetings, address learners and staff, manage budgets, manage and plan for learning projects.
If you had to praise your Campus/Unit what would it be about?
The compliments received from the stakeholders who often get excellent service from all the staff. The dedication and unity of all the staff working at OPU. The team spirit, discipline and dedication of all the OPU managers and Administrators.
What is your Inspiration/ Motto in Life?
When doing something, do it excellently or do not do it at all. Go an extra mile when serving as you will never know when you will need someone to do the same for you.
