IT and Business Campus (ITB), is a fully integrated Business studies campus situated on Tommy Boydell Avenue in Barry Hertzog Park. The IT and Business Campus offers a diverse range of exciting and innovative courses to enhance entry into the labour market, and improve career opportunities in the business field.
This campus boasts new classrooms which are fully equipped with relevant, modern equipment and machinery. The campus also has a conference and meeting venue with a fully-fitted industrial kitchen. The facility is used to train the Hospitality students.

What hobbies or activities do you enjoy the most during your free time?
In my spare time I go to church, and also enjoy doing chores around the house and when I am done with them, I try to gain as much knowledge as possible through studying.
Can you describe a “Day in the Life of a Campus Manager/Head of Unit” to us?
It can be a very stressful day but rewarding at the same time. As a campus manager you need to ensure that College and DHET policies are implemented and monitored thereof. The stress comes in when Ensuring that deadlines are met. Constant monitoring of day to day operations are carried out. Challenges arise which require resolving. You need to have strong leadership qualities to guide staff members to achieve set goals. Planning is key as well as ensuring teaching and learning always takes place.
If you had to praise your Campus/Unit what would it be about?
Definitely the ITB Staff and students. The hardworking, dedicated and committed staff members daily contribute in shaping the direction and vision in terms of programmes and future of the campus. Our students carry themselves in a mature manner and are respectful of the learning process, lecturers and fellow students.
